little wonder Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a lot more in common than baby daughter North West -- they've both made a sex tape! Is it no wonder, with so many common interests, that they fell in love?
It all started shortly before Kanye hooked up with Kim -- when Kanye and a mysterious lady
had an evening of romance inside a hotel room. Kanye decided to record the occasion for posterity -- and he's even thought about releasing the tape himself, because the tape "could only have helped" him if it came to light. North is such a lucky little girl to have such wonderful parents, ain't she?
Reports last year had it that the tape was being shopped to the highest bidder -- but apparently Kanye was considering releasing the sex tape himself to avoid the "threat" of extortion, though it's unclear how, if Kanye took the video himself, it ended up in someone else's hands. You'd think that celebrities would know how to handle their sex tapes by now. Yeezy told W magazine:

For the most part, I’d rather people have one of those home videos than some of the paparazzi photos that get published. At least I recorded the s**t myself. That tape couldn’t have hurt me in any way if it came out -- it could only have helped.

He apparently decided not to release the tape (eyeballs everywhere thank him) but says that he won't discount releasing it in the future. His reasoning?

Now, I just do exactly what I want, whenever I want, how the f**k I want ... 'F**k you' is my message.

Aww, that's so sweet. He also confesses that his "obsession" is pornography. Don't no one tell me that Kim didn't snag herself an awesome guy! If these two, with their mutual love of sex tapes, can't make it, then I really don't know who can.
